If you need a birth certificate, you can get that from the county. But if you need actual medical records of treatment that you received there, you are probably SOL. You may be able to contact your doctor/medical group as they should have received copies at the time of treatment and those would be archived by the doctor's office.

Historical Story: Before this building housed Lee Lumber it housed another lumber supply business called Plywood Minnesota. One day I needed a sheet of plywood and went inside Plywood Minnesota to buy one. The clerk told me "We don't sell plywood here." And he was serious.
